Salesforce Function is finally coming out as beta in Spring '21, but in an unusual manner, the Release Notes only hinted it with very little information.
So the actual useful stuff is going to come in a drip fashion, and I'll post the notes here. The first piece seems to be the information about how to invoke it in the Apex Developer Guide.
