Cannot get Force.com IDE v26 installed on Juno

IDE works just fine with Eclipse 3.7 (Indigo) but doesn’t seem to like 4.2 (Juno).  See error below:

Update: It has been solved (for me at least) by the method suggested here.  Basically you need one jar file in the Eclipse plug-in directory (found here) to satisfy the dependency.
